Indiatimes shopping Blunder:Wrong delivery of product

We have heard lots of complaints about Indiatimes Shopping.
Here is one of the Complaint from one of the customer.
 
I ordered samsung S3  (order # 3001803812)  on 12/17.  I received samsung E2252 on 12/24. I filed a complaint immediately on 12/24 with indiatimes (case # 593973) and sent the below mail  as requested.Yet to hear back on a firm date when i will get the phone i ordered.

I am very deeply hurt by the lack of customer centricity being shown by folks assigned to my case. Vivek is my case manage who is never available in office. I have tried reaching him 5-6 times during the last 5 days. I even talked to customer service floor manager shweta who promised me that i will get a call back in 48 hours, three days ago. When i called her again yesterday, she told the customer service rep to inform me that i will hear back and to call next week.

 I have spent 31K of my hard earned money trusting your website. I still have a hope that being such a big site, my money will not be lost but the apathy shown by your team has been very disheartening. The least i deserve is a call back. They did call back but it was more of a missed call as i was on another phone and by the time i swapped, call had been disconnected.

Please help me get the phone i ordered since i have to use the EMEI # to avail of 9000 worth of offers from samsung which ends on 10th Jan.

If i do not get the phone in hand before end of next week, i will not have any option but to go to consumer forum or serve a legal notice to indiatimes for the loss incurred. sincerely hoping that things get resolved and it doesn't get to it.
